Blast from the future

Style is cyclical, so it’s not a big surprise that the 1950s are making a comeback in upcoming seasons, and it’s something I’m happy to see. I love teacups and fancy china, and saw a beautiful plate at my friend’s cottage that I thought was just so lovely and exuded the 1950s style, and created a series of patterns using that as my inspiration jumping point, and a few coordinates to complement them.
