I’m delighted to introduce my newest pattern collection, Good Vibrations. If you’ve been following my work for a while, you might know that when I moved to Portugal about a year ago, I took a good long look at my work and realized that I was really craving more depth and meaning in what I was producing. Through that discovery, I adjusted the way that I worked — instead of producing handfuls of small, quick collections, I dove deep into themes I wanted to explore, producing a quality-over-quality collection that I felt I truly explored and fully poured myself into. What I produced was something that fulfilled me in that way I’d been craving. And it’s the way I’m choosing to move forward. And this new collection is my latest application of the approach. I let it simmer, I explored it fully, and I filled it with heart and soul.
Good Vibrations is an homage to the 60s and 70s, the ideals and esthetics that groomed me for a life as a pattern designer, but with a fresh, modern twist. A groovy utopian world infused with love, endless summertime soul, radiant sorbet sunshine, and eternal optimism, where we crown ourselves with daisy chains, chase rainbows and hold hands with strangers. I like to think that, if you got on a magic carpet, this is where it would take you. This was a collection where I exceeded my own goals in terms of the amount of work I produced because the ideas just kept coming, and I felt I needed to follow the ideas to fully flush out the concept, and ended up producing work that feels like me in a classic sense, but also a version of me now. It reflects how I feel about life and about the world, and is full of sunshine, optimism and joy.
There are some sample images below but I have been and will be sharing more of it on Instagram but if you are an Art Director or potential collaborator, please get in touch — I’d love to share it with you!
Peace, sunshine and rainbows, my friends!
Thanks for following along.

baby books for mix book
I’m excited to announce my latest collaboration with Mixbook! I lovingly designed some baby books — one for wee boys, one for wee girls — and I’m so pleased with how they turned out. The books are ready to go — you just have to add your own photos (the Mixbook editor is seriously easy to use!) — and voila, a lovely little keepsake from those precious early days with your little one.
The boy books is loosely themed around bird nests, and the girls book integrates lots of cute florals, both in soft, pretty palettes. Check them out on my Designer page on the Mixbook website and if you use one, please share with me on Instagram — I would love to see them in use in your lives!
Here are some pics! Thanks for reading.
mix book holiday
I just wanted to share my most recent launch with Mixbook — this one is for holiday! If you’ve followed my work, you know that art deco often finds its way into my work so I was thrilled to design a deco-themed foil holiday card (available in — get this — silver, gold OR copper foil!!!), and some other stylish botanical themes as well. You can see these, and all of the designs I have available through Mixbook, in my Mixbook shop!
The Mixbook editor is super easy to use. I actually built the cards in the editor myself which was such a helpful exercise because I can vouch for how user-friendly it is. You can pop in, easily add your own pics and copy, and you’re off to the races. Here a few pics of these beauties, I’m pretty proud of how they turned out.
