We are sooo excited to invite you to COLOR STORY, an immersive Creative Colour Retreat, set in the rustic Portuguese countryside, this May (2022)! Hosted by colour specialist Susan Fischer and myself — two creatives who bonded over our passion for and approach to colour. Color is power… Color speaks… some colors can shout, others can whisper… color has the power to energize, to stress, to relax a mood. colour can create spaces where we can feel emotionally connected and thrive. In order to use colors freely in the present, we think it’s important to go to the root, to your own history, to explore your own relationship and experience with color.

Art Print Japan was one of my first clients, and I’m so happy that we still work together! Every year for a good long while, they’ve made these beautiful gold-foil-forward planners with my work. One of my favourite parts is that there is a little Tokyo subway map tucked into the inside pocket of every one… It’ll be handy when I finally make it to Japan some day!

Yes, I said KEDS! I couldn’t be more excited to finally share my new collaboration with you! As many of you know, I’ve been dreaming of doing shoes for a loooong time but never quite imagined it would happen with the client that had been on my dream list for years. There are so many fun patterns and styles to choose from.
AND we collaborated on a limited edition sneaker in honour of Women's Equality Day 2021, symbolizing women coming together and empowering one another. We partnered with Artists for Humanity, a non-profit teen art and design enterprise where under-resourced teens are mentored and employed to explore and express their creative abilities. Keds donated about 50 pairs of white sneakers the teens could decorate. The artists designed pieces inspired by Women’s Equality Day and their own unique experiences.
Keds will also be donating $10,000 to the organization, and give you the chance to donate to the cause when you buy the sneakers. I’m so excited about this partnership, and about the feel-good initiatives we are supporting in the process. You can read more about the program in this press release.
In addition to the Women’s Equality Day sneaker, there are a bunch of fun canvas styles to choose from, all printed on organic cotton (yay!). You can check out the full collection here.
