One of my oldest friends in my adventures in licensing, Madison Park Greetings, just released a bunch of new products with my work! New products include some new greeting cards, lovely leaves journals, midmod journals, Daydream collection (folio, soap and candles), and lovely little motto cards… The motto cards come as a set of 12 with a little desk stand and are meant to provide you with little bursts of inspiration in your day-to-day. I have it on my desk and switch out the message based on my mood, or if I need a little boost of encouragement. Some products are available in my shop on the Madison Park retail website, or look for them in your local stationery shops.
underwater is here!
Just a little note for fabric fans — my latest collection, Underwater for Cloud9 Fabrics, is now in stores! A little bit about the inspiration behind the collection… I have always loved the ocean. Nature, above ground, is filled with such weird and wonderful things and it’s always been so inspiring to me, but it wasn’t until last year that I tried snorkelling in Mexico at the Great Mayan Reef, and got a closer look at what lives under the surface. There is a whole other world down there. I loved seeing the way the plants on the ocean floor gently dance together with the current, the fascinating mosses and reef formations, the patterns that form so naturally, and the graceful creatures that live within it, how peaceful and quiet it felt. I started drawing on the beach and developed the collection upon my return home.
